Michael Prosser has practised law for over 35 years after starting out in South Africa. Most of his career in London has been in the City where he has practised company and commercial law. He also spent four years in New York where he set up and managed an office for Simmons & Simmons. His clients have included major international corporations and he has worked with lawyers in many parts of the world.
Michael's experience includes:

• General commercial agreements such as partnership, agency and distributorship agreements.
Michael's interests are music and opera, cricket, rugby, reading, gardening and keeping his family under control.
